Ply (Paper) Color
Below are three examples of the common color papers used to produce the Notice to Appear and Complaint forms. The example on the left is a three ply form. The example on the top right is a four ply form. The example on the bottom right is a five ply form. These show the standard paper colors, but you have the option of substituting different paper colors, at no additional cost. | With three ply forms, the first ply is white, the second ply is pink and the third ply is canary. 
| With four ply forms, the first ply is white, the second ply is pink, the third ply is goldenrod, and the fourth ply is canary. 
With five ply forms, the first ply is white, the second ply is pink, the third ply is goldenrod, the fourth ply is canary and the fifth ply is green.
