Notice to Appear and Complaint (NTAC)
For many years, QBS has worked with local law enforcement agencies as well as the Montana Highway Patrol to provide Notice to Appear & Complaint forms which meet their specific needs.
Following passage of legislation in 2007, the Montana Department of Justice, working with state and local law enforcement, developed a modified NTAC format to add required racial profiling. Commercial Motor Vehicle information has also been standardized on the new format.
For a limited time, the Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) has funds available to pay for a one year supply of citations printed in the new format for Montana law enforcement agencies.
Working closely with the Motor Vehicle Division, Q Business Source has developed a simplified, highly flexible NTAC printing program which will enable local agencies to easily take advantage of this special funding to implement the new format changes.
For your convenience, we will set-up the standard form to include your agency’s “pre-fill” information (e.g., court, address, agency or appearance information, etc.).
We have a highly flexible production schedule, with six “batches” planned for this year. Our schedule was designed to offer either quick turnaround, or to allow extra time for you to decide on formats and get approvals. We want to be responsive to your needs, whatever they may be.
To keep this simple and hassle-free for you, QBS will invoice the State and collect payment directly from them. You will not receive any invoice, unless you order a multi-year supply. QBS 1 Website
